An advertising company in Sunrise FL is seeking a supervisor for our Inbound and Outbound data verification Call center.
Job duties include:
Managing a staff of 30 agents, recruiting, training, supervising, call monitoring, problem solving.
To qualify for this position, you must have the following:
• Experience supervising a call center for at least 2 years.
• Must be motivated by success and very reliable.
• Strong work ethics, must be an example to the rep’s.
• Strong management skills, need to be able to control the floor.
• Great personal skills, must be a “people person”.
• Basic computer skills.
