Pompano Beach Insurance and Tax firm is looking for an individual with strong Insurance / Finance / marketing / sales and management skills to manage a successful Insurance and Tax Firm.
This highly ethical person will be responsible for the public face and voice of the company, writing auto, life, renters as well as property and casualty insurance policies. The person will also do tax preparation services and other financial services for small insurance and tax firm. The office is technology driven and is completely electronic and operates in a virtual and paperless environment. As the business grows this person will be responsible for hiring additional staff, manage marketing campaign, as well as increase customer base. Candidate will work closely with CEO to determine corporate strategies. Accordingly, candidate must be professional in speech, writing and appearance and must be bi-lingual (Spanish/Portuguese and English preferred).
Excellent opportunity for highly motivated self-starter who does not want their earning potential to be capped. Base pay is negotiable but candidate can expected to earn a commission based on the sales performance of the firm.
Company’s current exposure is minimal in Florida and is looking to establish strong market foothold in the area and expand.
