Hands-on experienced professional proficient in Microsoft Access.
Responsibilities include answering phone, maintaining A/R records, sales activity, sales commissions, bank deposits, payroll time cards, contacting past-due accounts for payment, providing management with current updates, entering database info and good grammar for some copy proofing, etc.
WE REQUIRE:
Successful collection experience (well-spoken, a team player attitude, someone upbeat and professional, able to collect debts over the phone.)
Capable of letter writing and direct customer contact.
If you have difficulty asking for money that is legitimately owed to the company, DO NOT REPLY!
PROFICIENCY in Microsoft Access (Should be able to create tables and reports.)
Hours: 8:30-5:30 (some overtime and weekends will be required)

Salary: $560/week to start – 90 day Review
